The Wedding of Shane and Dorene

If I learnt anything from the Wedding of Shane and Dorene it was crowd control. Trying to keep a group of guys (or girls) in the same spot and focused proved very difficult. The plus side to this was everyone was full of energy which led to some quite unique shots.

We arrived at Gledswood Homestead in time to meet with the horse-drawn carriage, which then proceeded to take the girls to the Ceremony in true style.

‘Six Ribbons’ by Jon English played over the stereo as each of the Bridesmaids walked down the aisle, each carrying a coloured Ribbon (six ribbons in all, clever right?)

The day was perfect for an outdoor Wedding and without even a hint of wind, everything was absolutely perfect. After the Ceremony we spent some more time shooting in and around the Horse and Carriage, before heading down to a field for the compulsory Passion Pop shots.

Light disappeared quickly, so we made our way to the Reception inside one of the lovely rustic buildings and partied well into the night……..
